Lies and thieves
Was at Edwin C Moses loves in Dayton Ohio . Had a DOT inspection performed on my tractor and mechanic said 2 wheel seals were leaking.
I told them I would fix it myself. Took it to another shop for the wheel seals . Mechanic looked at all wheel seals none were leaking.after waiting 6.5 hours . I personally put the wheel seals in .
Next day I waited 8.5 hours and they still couldnt get me in . Service advisor told me on the phone that I would have had the inspection done if I would have paid there rates . Waiting again for a DOT inspection there has been 1 person ahead of me for 4 hours . Not the first time I have had issues with this place .
I only go there because its the only place in my area that the company I am leased with that is approved.
Bunch of lying cheating crooks . Mechanics get paid hourly and commission they find something wrong every time.

Rude manager

Corey stated I told you 45 minutes well it had been an hour. After stating that Corey the manager stated he didnt care if the paying customer left. When confronted of course he blamed the customer. You are dealing with aggravated truckers a cuss word being thrown after telling my driver to leave is the least of your issues.
How can loves allow a manger to tell paying customers to leave and never come back. This explains why they took the tire off and went on a cigarette break. While three other struggled to patch a tire. Loves really should remind Mr Cory youre in customer service and at the end of the day you are to keep your cool and not be a *** head like you were called.
Loves really needs to get its establishment and Cory u dee control no wonder the reviews suck and this place sucks. An hour and 20 minutes to balance one tire
