Bad customer service

Rude lied treated me like *** , speed co Troy il.
NeverWant to speak go to Troy Illinois to have a wheel seal repaired on my trailer after waiting 45 minutes I honked my horn at the attendant who was standing outside on his phone smokey he walked over to me and told me I was rude and disrespectful for honking at him and I could leave that they did not want to work on my vehicle because I honked the horn at him while he was standing there smoking on his phone I then went inside and talked to Kane hart , who also said I was disrespectful for using my city horn , I explained to the manager I was only trying to get the attendance attention I was not rude the attended then told me who Do You Think You Are I was in the Marine Corps for 5 years I served in Afghanistan who are you you're just a piece of *** truck driver I don't answer to your horn no I thought the customer was always right these kids these days have no respect and no sense of customer service unbelievable I'm just a piece of crap truck driver ever

We are a team truck and have been using Speedco when it was speedy lube with 2 stores one in Effingham and Troy IL. ( pm with cat filters lube 99.00)
I stopped to get the oil changed and gave the tech my keys, they chocked the tires got my info then told me my co-driver and dog had to exit the truck.
When driving team one is in sleeper birth under federal law and your company making us break this rule is not right and against rules. I did not stay to have my oil changed nor will I be back as king as this is your rule.
Youre safe as long as tech has my keys and tires are chocked.
Making the co-driver get out is ridiculous! So why force this.

I had a PM performed at the Brunswick, GA Loves shop (Speedco) and the mechanics had trouble securing my fuel filter cap. Eventually they told me I was good to go and closed for the night.
I pulled around to the pump to fuel (primarily because Id lost so much fuel while the mechanics fought with my filter cap). After fuel I pulled off and my truck began shaking abruptly then shut off. I popped the hood and noticed my filter cap was loose and my truck was spilling fuel. The manager told me theres nothing she could do.
Roadside said they dont send out technicians to for road calls made on site. Corporate echoed the same thing and now Im stuck in the same Loves parking lot that serviced my truck waiting on a mobile mechanic that Ill have to pay to do what the Loves mechanics just charged me to do

I contacted a lawyer, who wrote to the company, weeks ago, still nothing! I am seriously considering suing!!
